MyBlock™ is a portal where we have organised all of your strata information in a way that is easily accessible by you at any time.

The key point of difference between this portal and other competing systems is that this system is integrated with our core management and accounting software so you don’t have to rely on us manually publishing information.

You can rest assured you are getting real-time, up to the minute, accurate and transparent picture of your building’s management.

You can view live accounts and see invoices, receipts and all transactions automatically published via our accounting system. Committee members can see the general ledger and other files and reports at any time.

Owners and tenants can lodge and track progress of maintenance and service requests with us on line for common property repairs and requests for approvals for example, for pets and renovations.

You can access all of the scheme’s documents on the portal for example, insurance certificates of currency, sinking fund forecast reports, building valuations and management contracts so you don’t have to play telephone tag with us and wait for our email response.

You no longer need a corkboard in the foyer; the community wall is the new social hub for your community. This includes community notices, events and special promotions.

The portal also includes a business directly feature that enables you to contact businesses and trades that are close to your property and access your regular and preferred contractors.
